    Threat Prevention

Professional Fact Checking for Safe Decision-Making and Threat Detection

Today, we have access to an enormous amount of information. Paradoxically, it is becoming increasingly difficult to determine which information is truly accurate and which may be misleading, incomplete, or entirely false.

Many people believe that verifying information means spending an hour online, “googling” something, or reading a few reviews. In reality, fact checking is a complex analytical process that requires deeper work with sources, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze data from multiple independent sources.

This is precisely why I offer this service to the public, with the goal of helping individuals increase their safety when making important decisions.

In investigation and analysis, I use specialized OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) methodologies, analytical techniques, and systematic information processing that allow for much deeper insights than standard internet searches. The goal is to uncover connections, inconsistencies, and risks that may not be immediately apparent.

Prevention is the most important form of security

The best problem is the one that never occurs. Many people address problems only after they arise – for example, when they lose money, enter into unfavorable relationships, or make poor business decisions. This service is built on the principle of prevention.

If you learn to make important decisions only after professional verification of information, you can avoid a wide range of future problems, financial losses, or personal complications. For many clients, this service represents one of the most effective investments in their own security.

In what situations fact checking is beneficial

The service is suitable for a wide range of situations in everyday life. For example, when:

    • you want to verify the accuracy of information about a business opportunity
    • you are considering purchasing real estate
    • you are planning cooperation with a new business partner
    • someone is offering you an investment or business opportunity
    • you are dealing with online job or cooperation offers
    • you are considering joining a startup
    • you want to verify information about a project you intend to invest in
    • you need to verify the accuracy of media information
    • you want to verify information about a company, product, or service
    • you are dealing with cooperation with an unknown supplier
    • you have received an offer that seems too good to be true
    • you are planning a significant financial decision
    • you need to verify the history of a project or organization
    • you want to confirm the accuracy of claims presented by someone
    • you are dealing with a risky or unclear situation
    • you want to obtain an independent analysis of information before making a decision

Important notice: I do not investigate individuals

This service is focused exclusively on verifying information (fact checking) and factual claims, not on investigating specific individuals. The reason is simple. Prevention and risk analysis must never outweigh respect for individual privacy. Therefore, this service is limited to verifying information, claims, facts, documents, media, or projects that are relevant to your decision-making.

    How the service works

The client provides information, claims, or facts that need to be verified. My objective is then to perform in-depth analytical work, including:

Identification of key elements and their interconnections

It is important to emphasize that I do not provide personal opinions or recommendations. The output is an analytical report based on facts, which includes:

    • identified information
    • sources of information
    • references to publicly available materials
    • screenshots and visual evidence of verified facts
    • analytical evaluation of findings
    • identified inconsistencies and risks
    • probabilistic assessment of the accuracy of claims

The client can independently verify each piece of information and make decisions based on factual data.

Why entrust verification to a professional

Many people today are capable of searching for information. However, true information verification is a much more demanding discipline that requires:

    • experience with analytical work
    • knowledge of specialized sources
    • the ability to identify connections and assess the accuracy of information across diverse sources that often go unnoticed
    • critical data analysis
    • the ability to identify manipulation, disinformation, and targeted content that may influence decision-making

An experienced analyst can perform the verification process, that is, fact checking, more quickly, efficiently, and systematically than an individual attempting it independently.

    Cooperation

    How cooperation works

    1. 1The client contacts me via email.
    2. 2This is followed by a free in-person meeting where the client describes the situation and provides the information to be verified. At this stage, I guarantee full confidentiality, even if no cooperation is ultimately established.
    3. 3We discuss the scope of work, time requirements, and conditions of cooperation. Each case is individually assessed before engagement, and therefore not all inquiries can be accepted. The decision to accept a case depends primarily on its nature, time capacity, and my professional and ethical standards. If necessary, I may reserve time for a thorough evaluation in order to accurately determine the scope and complexity of the work and propose appropriate terms of cooperation.
    4. 4If cooperation is initiated, it begins with signing a cooperation agreement, a confidentiality agreement, and documents related to the processing of personal data.
    5. 5The investigation is then initiated.
    6. 6Within the agreed timeframe, the client receives a final analytical report delivered securely.
    7. 7If necessary, a follow-up consultation may take place, during which I explain the individual findings.

    Service pricing

This service is billed on an hourly basis. The fixed hourly rate is CZK 2,500 per hour.

The typical time required for information verification ranges between 3 to 8 hours. The exact number of hours, and therefore the total price, is always determined individually based on the complexity and scope of the specific case.

Before starting the work, I estimate the required time and set a fixed price for the service, which the client knows in advance – I assume full responsibility for the estimate, and the client pays exactly the agreed amount.

More complex cases are always handled individually according to their scope.
