    I often encounter people in deadlock situations. They hold a justifiable case, but lack the resources to risk investing in costly legal or investigative services with an uncertain outcome. I am then faced with a dilemma: I know I can help, but I also know that standard costs would be unsustainable for the client.

    I have therefore decided to rewrite the rules. I take on all the risk myself.

    Philosophy

    My Approach

    The complexity of a case is my driving force. I am motivated by two things: a passion for the investigative process and an intolerance for injustice. I offer a model in which the client pays only for the delivered result. If I am unsuccessful, I do not require any fee. It is enough for me to know that I made a genuine attempt to help.

    Criteria

    Which cases do I accept?

    Due to my time constraints, I carefully select the cases I take on. My capacity is limited, so I focus only on those that meet the following criteria:

    Solvability

    Thanks to years of experience, I can quickly assess whether a case has a realistic chance of success.

    Clearly Defined Goal

    It is essential to have a clearly defined understanding from the client of what is considered the final deliverable.

    Absolute Transparency

    I need to understand every detail of the situation — including those that are difficult to share. It is important for me to be certain that I stand on the right side of the matter. For this reason, I place strong emphasis on the client’s honesty.

    Operational Freedom

    As I work on these cases in my personal time, I need to maintain flexibility in planning. The absence of strict deadlines allows me to approach the analysis with focus and to dedicate the level of depth each case requires. In such cases, no fixed deadline is set.

    Appropriate bounty

    It is important for me to have a clearly defined financial reward in the event of success, as it establishes clear boundaries for when to conclude a case. Both my weakness and my strength is that I do not know how to give up on a case. That is why I need to have a clear understanding of when the time invested remains proportionate to the resulting “bounty.”

    Intellectual Challenge

    For me, the most important factor is that the case genuinely interests me. It must be complex and represent a real challenge. This ultimately determines whether I commit all my experience and full dedication to it.

    I am writing this article with complete honesty — exactly as I truly feel. I made this service available to the public primarily out of a passion for complex and challenging cases, and also to be able to genuinely help at least some people. I cannot help everyone, but if I can help even a few individuals, I will know that it was worthwhile.
